We work with several major hearing device manufactures and we offer different components to teleaudiology. Here is a step-by-step example on one way we accomplish this.
1. Pt is initially fit by Dr. Hoffman in the office either at Harmony Medical Center or Madison.
2. After the fitting, patient can reach out for fine tuning adjustments by requesting assistance via app on their smart phone.
3. Dr. Hoffman receives requests and makes fine tuning adjustments and sends data update to patient with a personal message.
4. Patient receives the adjustments update and downloads the update using the app.
